API Pricing & Billing Terms

These Pricing & Billing Terms ("Billing Terms") govern the use of paid services on the AgriDoot Developer Console, operated by AgriDoot, a brand of NovosEdge Pvt Ltd. By using paid APIs, you agree to these Billing Terms.

1. Pricing Model

AgriDoot APIs may be offered under the following pricing structures:

  • Free Tier: Limited usage with predefined quotas
  • Pay-As-You-Go: Charges based on actual API usage
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual plans with fixed usage limits
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing based on business requirements

Pricing details will be available on the official dashboard or shared with you directly.

2. Billing Cycle

  • Billing cycles may be monthly or annual, depending on the selected plan
  • Usage-based charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance, while usage-based fees are billed in arrears

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information
  • Failure to process payment may result in service suspension

4. Taxes

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or others)
  • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes as per Indian law

5. Usage Tracking

  • API usage is tracked through your API key(s)
  • The usage data recorded by AgriDoot systems will be considered final and binding
  • You are responsible for monitoring your usage via the dashboard

6. Rate Limits & Overages

  • Each plan includes predefined rate limits
  • Exceeding limits may result in:
    • Additional charges (overage fees)
    • Temporary throttling or suspension

7. Free Tier Limitations

  • Free tier usage is subject to strict limits
  • Abuse or misuse of the free tier may lead to:
    • Immediate suspension
    • Permanent account termination

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial usage
  • Unused credits
  • Downgrades during billing cycle

9. Plan Changes

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Upgrades: Effective immediately with prorated charges
  • Downgrades: Effective from the next billing cycle

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • There is suspicious or abusive usage
  • You violate Terms & Conditions

11. Pricing Changes

AgriDoot may update pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via Email or Developer dashboard. Continued use of APIs after changes implies acceptance.

12. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers may have custom SLAs, negotiated pricing, or dedicated support. Such agreements will override these general terms where applicable.

13. Currency

All payments will be processed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
